Public Holidays in Ibiza

I think the next public holiday for Ibiza is August 15th. Will this affect opening times, local shops, bus services, but most important, do taxis charge double rates on bank/public holidays?

No idea when the next holiday is but the taxi rate is the same as the night 9pm-7am,Saturday after 3pm and all day Sunday. So, 3.65 minimum + 1.33 per km.
