Hello!

I'll be going to Ibiza this july, it's my first time. I've managed to read a lot about what goes on there in the clubbing scene and i haven't found anything related to psytrance.

Maybe it's still a bit early, but does anyone know of any psytrance outdoor or indoor parties? Do they ever happen in Ibiza or is it something quite rare and not likely to occur?

I was expecting to find something since many psytrance dj's and producers are based in Ibiza........

apparently THERE ARE full moon parties SOMEWHERE on the island that play that type of musik. i think McRackin might know but he still hasn't told me nufing :cry:

There are some somewhere. I saw a poster or two last year but can't remember a name, sorry :?
 
There was a promoter who posted on the boards last year promoting their psy trance parties.........they were held near Benirras from memory. There are not alot of psy trance events held on the island, which is a shame.
 
psi-trance parties as you would imagine them no longer exist in ibiza. they had their hey day back between 1995 and 2000 when literally thousands of people would gather on mountain tops or beaches to party the night away.

these days because of police pressure (damage to the environment, fire hazards, etc - load of rubbish if you ask me - more like the big disco pressure ;-) the parties have been forced underground in private houses with only few people attending

anyway, back to reality, tribe of frogs is a great idea and can be really fun.

Tribe of Frog seems about right to me. I´ve also read something about Can Fly, Kuhmaras and Inox, anyone knows anything about these places?
