Yep, Raoul Belmans is one half of Swirl People- Belgian duo who produce ace deep, techy and funky house music.
Never seen him DJ but would like to, so if you are asking because you have the chance to see him, go.

Anyway - Raoul Belmans is excellent and the Swirl People stuff is quality - so like you say , if you get the chance go and see him play.

but ... glad someone else has heard of the guy too ... Am looking forward to Saturday now !! (Not that I didn't think he'd be good .. Smokescreen nights always have great DJ's)
