I got the link from here: http://www.spainexpat.com/spain/information/english_television_in_spain/ which also gives you a few ways to do it. Not sure if they apply to you or not.

If you don`t mind paying 5 a month I found http://missmysoaps.com/ to be OK, If you have access to a pc in the UK and can VPN through it http://www.teamviewer.com/index.aspx is free & I find it good, (will also VPN through mobile connections)
