Can anyone tell me what the average charge is for the upkeep of a studio in ibiza.

Things like the upkeep of swimming pool maid facilities and general maintenance..

this is the community charge. all the expenses of the community are totted up and divided amongst the property owners in a ratio depending on the size of the individual property. prestige will have a note of the charges for the tampico but i wouldn't think they would be more than 10 euros a week there.

for a studio there i would budget about 1000 per year on water, electricity, community, local taxes and insurance, and i think that would be more than enough.
 
you do know that you have to pay purchase tax on your property when you buy it, and a wealth tax on it if you are a filthy rich foreigner not resident here?
