Problem with my Pacha tickets

I booked my Pacha tickets via Vueling.com and i receive an confirmation e-mail for Pacha tickets with an empty pdf (the flight confirmation was ok).
I sent many e-mails but nobody answer. I call them too but i did not take any answer yet.
Please help

we never send pdf ticket confirmations. perhaps you purchased with another website? otherwise pls contact tickets at ibiza-spotlight.com

i purchased the tickets with our vueling-flight to Ibiza. i have the payment confirmation but no tickets.

this is slightly beyond the control of spotlight!!

maybe vueling have an forum you can ask the question....??

to be honest, didn't know that purchasing tickets that way was possible!!
