Problem with cards when buying tickets

Hi!
Me and my friend wants to purchase tickets from IbizaSpotlight but everytime we try it with a regular debit card a problem appears with the payment. It says: "card not valid for this service".
We wanted to buy tickets to We Love Space 6th July at first.
My card is Mastercard the other one is Visa. We use them for online bookings, purchases and all the stuff without any problem.
Later today I tried to buy the same ticket with PayPal option.. and it worked.
Do you know what can be the problem? Buying works with PayPal but not with normal cards.. :S

some cards are not registered for Verified by Visa. that is the error message we receive when that is the case. please contact your bank or use paypal as you did. i am not sure of the exact requirements for every bank, but nearly all visa / visa electron cards are valid. however debit cards may not be.
