Poorly sick

It's my day off and I've got a throat infection. Why can't I get these things when I have to work and can go off sick to make it worth while?

Is the infection serious? Are you on antibiotics?

Just got back from the doctor's and guess what? It's a viral infection (not bacterial) so antibiotics would be of no benefit. BUGGER!!!!

Gargle with soluable aspirin until it doesn't hurt anymore

Poor baby Chloraseptic sometimes helps kill the pain of a sore throat, but I would ask the doc before using.
