First of all thanks for the sugestions of places to eat in San An, been back about 10 days now and got to try some excellent new places!

Hopefully going to PDB or Figureretas in September and looking for more advice on good but not pricey restaurants in the area?

I look forward to your suggestions!

think is how cheap do you want it.as you know there are loads of restaurants.best just to look and check prices .

For Figueretas,

Nothing fancy here, there are better,or more expensive places galore, you will know them when you see them! Anyway,I would suggest a visit to'Home Loos' Dutch owned Tapas bar, good food, reasonable prices, even for just the bar really,if you're not eating...:) ' Dos Coronas' very friendly, good service, good grub, and Hierbas for the road, even on very modest bill's...:D In Es Vive, towards PDB, don't rule out Finnegan's(fast food) tatty terrace in front, but goes back a long way.I won't reccomend the Burger's,but look carefully at the menu, can be quite good...

Moorea's in the Jet complex does tasty grilled meats and fish.

La Teraza near the former nightclub Diva has nice Mediterranean cuisine.

I've had some good homemade pizza and pasta at La Dolce Vita.

Passion does the best breakfast and all day menu in PDB by a mile, they have also started doing an evening Lebanese menu which is very good.

Oh go on then!

New Places
El Rincon de Pepe - really tasty food, great service and super cheap, 5 of us shared 3 dishes each, had a bottle of wine, some beers and left a tipand it was still only 18 euros each.

Es Ventall - lovely setting, the funniest, friendly waiter and again great food, I had the cuttle fish to start and scallops and prawns for main, can't recomend it highly enough. Think we paid about 50 euro each but again had wine and beers, all had 2 courses - Think you'd pau closer to 80 euros each if this was in Ibiza Town.

El Yate - really nice tapas place again by the port. Super service and a good selection from th enormal menu and the tapas menue - again with drinks it came to about 25 euros a head!

Old Favourites
Tijuana - been before, nice setting, friendly staff, average food (but I'm not a massive Mexican fan so maybe it's just me)!

Sa Capella
Brilliant setting (sat outside this time) and service, ibiza prawns in salt to start best ox steak ever for main, wine, beers, jd's and about 90 euros a head! Very pricey but my treat to myself everytime I visit.

Curry Club
Decent service, good Indian food and well priced!

Didn't manage Rias Biaxes but will next year! Thanks again for the advice!

the thing i like about your new places is that they serve you like they want you to come back.
