What is Plastik like it is now round the Bay. It was my go to bar when it was in San An town. Always found Andy to be a top class chap.

Any info greatly appreciated.

It's not really the ideal location for it in my opinion. They do have some busy nights, especially with the promoters that bring their own crowd, such as Slip Back In Time. But it can also be quiet

Great place to go when England are playing though

I have been staying in Cala de Bou for over ten years, so for me it is the “local bar” where I have gone to have a drink before taking a taxi from there. There is a taxi rank right across the road. It is also a nice place to have a beer in the early hours of the morning when you come back from Pikes. If I remember correctly, they are open until 5am. Lots of Brits, for whom the place and the programme are aimed, as before. Really varied nights, but Andy works hard and Dermot is still a valuable wingman; hosting and playing music.. It is no longer like next to the Egg or especially in the West End, but still an ok place to have a beer if you have a rest day or don't feel like going further.

Went last year when they had Centreforce down...totally dead. Less than 20 people throughout the whole venue and not a soul on the dancefloor. Could have just been unlucky and just getting going for the season...this was early a Saturday in early June. Also found that drinks prices were similar to the big clubs, like 10 euros a beer or something, which I felt was a joke considering the type of venue and location etc. Might have been teething problems maybe...and they have had a re-think for this season....
