Now then! Now then ....
How was it for all of you? I trust the merry month of April and those crazy Bank
Holiday weekends were wicked and very wild. Its been a crazy 3 months for us at
Pin-Up HQ but I swear I wouldn't have had it any other way (apart from that
awful hangover I had after the Spencer Parker night!!). We're happy to say that
thanks to all of you, we're still on a roll. I guess the best thing about
Pin-Up so far has been the atmosphere each night. Sure we've had a couple of
slow starts but in my memory those were the nights when the club (eventually
rammed) are baying for one more tune at 3AM! So here's to many more fun packed
nights at Pin-Up ...

The Pin-Ups for this month are .....
7th May
Greg C, Dean Webster and Firas
Those crazy residents know how to rock the joint. Our best nights so
far have featured these cool cats and I guarentee there will be no
less of a party tonight .. Just you watch!!
14th May
They return !...... Nic Fanciulli (Club Class and mixmag future hero)
AND Del (Shindig) plus Firas. Lets put it this way ... 3 of the countries
hottest up and coming talents here on one night playing for 6 hours
over 4 decks , 4 CDJs, 2 mixers and FX!! Its also Adam and Tom's
birthday!! (Recite your mantra now ... I must buy them drinks all
night).
21st May
Oh good golly ... we've only just gone and booked -
Bobby & Steve (Love Zoo Stereo/garage City). These 2 are bringing
their superb soulful house sounds to Pin-Up for a sure fire great
night!
With Tom Lynch.
28th May
Lil Anthony and Johnny Stevenson with Firas. These 2 have been
pillars and pioneers alike of Sheffield's house scene for many years
now ....mention names like Trash, Love to Be, All points North,
Polysexual next to these names and watch people in the know smile
knowingly. Expect anything from dirty disco, house and a lotta funk!

And who can you expect in the coming couple of months ... ATFC, Krysko, Yousef,
them Shindig boys and many more!!

I've heard good things about it actually.

If you ever fancing checking it out, give us a shout - i may join ya cos i've not been yet ;)

Gonna be there forever looking awful :lol: :lol: :lol: :P

yep, first and finest example of that kind of housing in the world. Its soon to undergo a big refurb costing ££££££ millions too as the council has an obligation to restore/repair it now :roll: :lol: :o

They did that to the 2 huge blocks near the end of the 'parkway' for the student games.

Know a girl who lives in those and they're pretty nice inside.

Still loads of smackheads around that area though :?
