I always thought he was a first class nob...then found that Morrissey (who critisises every musician on the planet) actually rates him.

I never knew he had any talent till I heard the Libertines - and they were actually brilliant. 8O

Plus - did anyone see him being interviewed on Jonathan Ross on Friday?
All round nice bloke and very honest about his addiction...

He's been lifted from tw@t status in my book now. :D

he's a tool. im fed up discussing him, just cause he occasionaly comes across okay on a tv show or two.

he is/was very talented, total waste (this angers me more than anything). i dont regard squirting a syringe full of his junky blood at cameramen as coming across okay. that did it for me, grade A *****. jokin or not, imagine how you'd feel if you were walking down the street and someone jumped out and sprayed you with a syringe full of blood :?
 
I take it no one watched Jonathan Ross then? :roll:

If someone's taken smack it doesn't make them worthless.

(must admit though - I hadn't heard about the blood episode.)
 
TBH thats just Pete for you, he wants to come across that way and for people to feel sorry for him. He does that "little boy lost" act a lot.
I used to feel sorry for him too, but he's let down so many of his fans, he rarely turns up for gigs, when he does he plays sh1t, a lot of his original supporters are turning against him now.

That said, still one of the most talented musicians of our time, without a doubt. If only he'd USE it rather than ABUSE it.... grrr! :x

Errr yes, but that's still very unforgiving.

We all choose things in the first instance. I think the 'wanting to quit' claim on the show was true.
But that's the first step of a massive challenge ahead for him.

boo hoo. im so sad for him.
 
TBH his drug use doesn't really bother me. Its his personal choice at the end of the day.

Its his constant attention seeking stunts that I find a bit tedious. He should concentrate on the music rather than trying to be come some kind of icon through the media.

Did you see his eyes 8O And he kept babbling on about things totally unrelated to the questions :lol: Kind of reminded me on a night out :? :lol:
