I will get around to typing up my trip review with info on Penelope soon.
In short, the opening party was OK but nothing spectacular. I think it was the crowd that did it (plus it was way too packed). The interior design reminded me a lot of a club here in Moscow
The terrace was a nice chill-out spot. The second dance room was empty (and sound segregation poor). Music was OK.
They have some nice-sounding parties coming up, and they did just barely get ready for the opening, so I think there's some potential.
