Just downloaded this one and three quarter hour set of PvD live from Cream @ Amnesia, as broadcast on the Galaxy network, i'm not sure exactly when it was recorded (definitely from this year though!)...and I now cannot wait more than ever to get to Cream's closing party...not heard many of his sets recently but have to say this is one of the best sets i've heard from PvD in a good few years, absolutely fantastic stuff...absolutely loving the Scumfrogs remix of Amiel 'Lovesong' and a good few other tunes on it aswell...

the sets freely available to download on Soulseek (you can get it off me on user id pauljstrachan) and is well worth a listen if you're into this sort of stuff...
 
Couldnt agree more mate!Seen Van Dyk at Air, Cream Liverpool and Amnesia this year and each set gets harder and sharper,working to the ultimate set...Cream Closing at Amnesia!Now thats one to download!!C U there ;)
 
I had PVD Cream Closing from last year on cdr. Gave a few people from the board copies of it. Ill check to see if I still have it if u want?
 
I have this set as well (its from the 16th of July and broadcasted from the Galaxy party that was in Ibiza) and its splendid!
I also have last year's closing party set of PVD and not only that but i was also lucky to hear him playing it live as i attended that party and it was one hell of a party i tell u!!!

I'll also have the chance to be in this year's Cream closing party so hopefully PVD and Tiesto can live up to the great sets they played in the same party last year... only time can tell! 8) ;)

i've got that one aswell...it's what inspired me to try Ibiza in September this year instead of the usual July :lol:

If PvD's set starts @ the usual 4am at the closing party this year, I make it exactly 56 days, 19 hours, 54 minutes and 0 seconds till my most highly anticipated night ever!!
 
What time did Van Dyk finish his set last year?We left around 9am (I think)in a vain attempt to get a taxi and he was still bangin` out the tunes!As it turned out we ended up sharing a bus with the local folk on their way to work etc.I would have given anything for some deodorant,and a big bottle of "cheap water".Best bet is to hire a car next time to avoid the uncertainty of transport me thinks?
