Calamari is squid.

I made octopus stewed in red wine with potatoes, garlic and onion for dinner last night in honor of Paul. Same as I had in a couple of restaurants in Ibiza.

im aware of this but i couldnt think of a dish i liked containing one of pauls relatives...
