Passports required for entry?

I swear I saw on Amnesia's own website for their tix that you must show your passport to get in (with the printed tix)......this doesn't sound right to me, since I've read elsewehere that no one even checks ID. Do any of the clubs require a passport for real? Or how do they verify the paper tickets?

I assume you mean for the pre-purchased tickets from the Internet? (like those from Ibiza Spotlight)

Yes, you do have to show a photo ID. I've used my drivers license.

It's just to verify the purchase. They aren't IDing you for age or anything like that, so if you don't have Internet-purchased tickets then you don't need to show ID.
