Party/club recommendations please

Looking for some advice please.

Will be in Ibiza 22nd Sept and flying home 1st Oct.

Already have tickets for Afterlife closing party on 28th and I was planning on heading to Cocoon on 25th. However, variety is the spice of life and with Afterlife set to provide a huge Techno fix I am now wondering whether to give Cocoon a miss and find a different party.

Does anyone have any suggestions? I am thinking uplifting, progy, fun vibes house music. It will be my wife's first time in Ibiza and she is quite into Eric Prydz style, so maybe something along those lines?

We could still do both Afterlife and Cocoon but would need to add a third because I think it's important to mix the music up a bit.

Only clubs I have visited in the past are Privilege, Eden and Es Paradise

a few ideas...

sat 23rd - black coffee at hi (damian lazarus, dj three and art department in the smaller room)
sun 24th - saga at heart (bedouin etc) and/or solomun+1 at pacha
mon 25th - dj harvey closing at pikes if you don´t want to do cocoon
tue 26th - mosaic at pacha with dj koze as guest
wed 27th - paradise at dc10
 
Thanks Stivi, some nice ideas there. My wife has mentioned she would like to check out Pacha. We find Maceo Plex sets interesting enough so Mosaic could be on the cards, don't know a lot about Koze but hear the name an awful lot. We like some Solomun sets that we have heard, no idea who Michael Mayer is. Would there be much difference between the two nights?

I think the main difference between those two dates at pacha specifically is that solomun gets much busier - it´s a far more successful night and always has a really, really good vibe. mosaic is good too though.
 
sun 24th - saga at heart (bedouin etc)
mon 25th - dj harvey closing at pikes
tuesday 26 zoo project, Detroit party...
wed 27th - paradise at dc10 and b4 solomun at the harbor for free
Sept 28 after Paradise BMI 5 10pm Afterlife closing
Sept 29 pool ocb closing or Children of 80 Closing glitterbox Closing
Sept 30 Ants Closing Elrow closing

That's a lot of parties to choose from. I'll definitely be at Afterlife (got tickets) and may head down to Pikes. Looks likely that I will add Solomun Sunday.

Not sure if Ants or OCB is my thing, or even Elrow (although inflatables look fun, novelty could wear off?). Curious about BMI but if it's anything like OCB then I won't entertain the idea and I need to save myself for Afterlife ;)

We plan to a bit of exploring + Formentera so will aim to stick with 2-3 big party nights. Don't party as hard as I used to...

for daytime zoo project not to miss , bmi is the most vip place in the world with good house tech house but its free
solomun at the harbor.

elrow is fun..not the best music i heard but the madness of the party..

Amnesia is an amazing club , you should go at least one on a good night , this club is an Ibiza institution and for many the best club on the island ! Would have said space too last year but it's pass away last year for his 27 anniversary!
 
Oh I have been Space, went there after Privilege one night. This was back in 2001 or something.

Will do my best to check out Amnesia. Maybe I'll go Elrow (Patrick Topping, Skream etc)

Would strongly suggest you get to amnesia for cocoon if you can. My fav club on the island. V different vibe to tou and it's a real big club experience. We went to cocoon in August and it was brilliant.
 
Cocoon is simply a must for me, but I'd have to take it easy at Solomun after the mega session of Afterlife closing ;)

I got tickets for pacha tonight (for some variety and cheesy good times fun), privilege closing (which I hope is going to be amazing) and probably Cocoon (getting tickets in a min)

I think this is the best decision. Also option of destino (Sven or Rumors) and Solomun at the harbour.

I'm at Hotel Es Vive and the pool music is sounding good right now. There's a sky bar I will check out.

I'll try and do a review, although I can't even remember the name of first bar I went to (it was in Bossa and pizza looked really good, friendly cocktail barman).

Aiming to arrive at Pacha early to have a proper wander, won't be staying mega late but will aim to check out a bit of Bob

it‘s great fun when you do it the first time (and more so if you don‘t really know what to expect and if it‘s not packed); but musically it‘s often simply very generic tech house. and if you look past the production it‘s a party with little depth IMO
