Partial Refunds

I ordered 3 tickets to see armin at ushuia for his opening party on the 26th June. I booked three tickets but now one person has pulled out. Is it possible to get a refund on the one ticket or do I need to get a refund on all three and then order two?

you can't do a partial refund yourself, but we can

send an e-mail to tickets at ibiza-spotlight dot com with your reference number, tell us you only need two of those three tickets and we'll sort it for you - not a problem at all.
