package deals for 1 person

Anybody know of any travel companies that would do a package deal from Birmingham staying in san an bay for 1 person? a mate of mine wants to come over while we are all there but there is no availability at our hotel.
 
our mate got one on his own last year through airtours, wasnt in the same hotel but it only cost him £200 for a week in august, not to bad.
 
if you were staying in san antonio i would suggest telling him to just get a flight and find somewhere when he gets there but that's unlikely to happen in the bay.

just go into a few high street operators and see what they say :)
