Hi everyone, my friend and I are going to Ibiza for the first time July 21-28, staying at the Pacha Hotel in Ibiza Town.

Any thoughts on the hotel?

Are we making a mistake not staying in Playa d'en Bossa?

Matt

im assuming you are loaded

if you have the money to afford a week in that place, then you're better off in ibiza town.

a lot of construction going on in this area, terrible appartmentbuildings (they make a mini-manhattan out of this area), ridiculous small pool, no beach-feeling and no beach access (next one is 5-10min walk to talamanca), sometimes parking-trouble especially at night
(maybe more problems this year with ex-penelope open again) ...

bar is quite nice, only a few steps to pacha-disco, el-divino, d'alt villa

Wow that sucks man!

Is the construction right next to Pacha?

I know there is no beach so I figured we would just take a taxi to Playa d'en Bossa? How's Talamanca beach, any parties going on there?

We're getting the rooftop suite at the El Hotel so that was kind of the selling point for me but if it really sucks we should go somewhere else. What is the best hotel at Playa d'en Bossa?

it's a tourist trap.....

I have the money for Pacha hotel, but I'm staying in PDB at Jet cuz it's more fun and a better location. Oh and about 1/5 the price.

That is what I was hoping to hear! Thanks :)

I want to party in the afternoons at the PDB and then party all night in Ibiza town :)

How much does a rooftop suite go for and does it include the Pacha girls?

We've stayed there once and it's a veryveryvery nice hotel, but probably a bit overpriced for what it is............but it has a lot of plus points (crawling distance to Pacha, walking distance to Talamanca beach which is lovely in the day and some nice restaurants) - you will enjoy :D

Paris400- way too expensive, I don't even wanna think about it. It better include much more than the Pacha girls!

Barbie- awesome photos! you are like queen of ibiza from how many times you've been there :)

I cant wait to go!!

It's an absolutely stunning hotel, the location I don't like, though - too inland and near a sluice with lots of construction around. I remember passing by it and wishing it were right on the beach - then I wouldn't mind paying the inflated prices! I hear you get a bowl of fresh cherries each day, no matter what room you book, though - not much consolation, huh LOL
