Organising A Trip To Ibiza

Hello, long time no post, I hope the old regulars on here are well

Anyway, I'm looking for some advice. Me and a large group of friends are looking to go to Ibiza next year, but we are very very disorganised in our planning, we just keep talking about how much we want to go and thats about it.

I'm here because I don't really know where to start looking, I haven't even got a clue where people want to stay, what dates, or how many people are going, it could be 10, it could be 30.

Has anyone got any experience of trying to organise a large group to go on holiday together and how to start the ball rolling?

ok if your the main man its a nightmare but fun.you just pick the dates you what to go,get one or two to back you up on the dates,give them a deadline to say yes.and pay you some cash.then when you book the hols.back in 83 i went free cause of discount from travel shop.thing is with there begin a large # of you.best to hurry up and make your mind up.its going to be hard that some of your m8 cannot get the time off.but if you act now they have time to sort that out,hardest thing is making sure they pay you the money.plus making sure thay have a valid passort.once you have sorted the paper work out.get them to pay so much or week or the full amount,put it in your b/s account to get a bit of interest.trust is the name of the game.don;t forget transport to airport (best to meet in a pub).i had 18 to sort out.but i had a good time doing it.most nights i never payed for a thing.i put my m8 in order of friendship and ages,so the older ones were in one room and so on.let me know how you go on???
