Orange help?

See this is what I am thinking - cos I pay direct debit and never ever moan they obviously think they can get away with murder!!!!!! Really takes the P it really does. I was so angry last night I was screaming down the phone.

She had the cheek to say to me did I not notice on my bill that I was not getting the free texts and calls anymore (apparantly they had run out after 6 months) I mean what the hell!!!!!!! Why should I have to friggin look when I think I am getting what I pay for!!!!!!! I mean ok maybe I should look but where I just do it all direct debit I dont think twice until a £100 phone bill comes in!!!

Still tempted to leave apparantly I can do it in writing within 30 days!

Another cheek - she said dont worry though when your contract is within 3 months of ending (Dec) you will be a "loyalty" customer so will be entitiled to our amazing packages which include 3000 texts :spank:  8O 8O

That's what I was like, ok maybe I should have studied my bills but life is too short to analyse your phonebill

I'd definitely cancel your contract and say all this in a letter - you never know they might come good and give you something back esp if it's in writing and if not go elsewhere - I went to T Mobile after my nightmare Orange experience and for 6 or so years they've been really good to me.

I just remember when my friend tried to quit with 02 it was so much hassle - she did it in writing and they were just not helpful at all - made out they hadnt got the letter and stuff like that. I cant be doing with all that nonsense. And they are so not helpful in the shop - in fact to the shop thats the reason I didnt have all the free stuff I was entitiled to!

em your phone will be under warranty with the manufacturer and not orange. Just find the original box your phone came in and there will be warranty info in there.

its a bit of a fuzzy area, cos Orange are supplying on behalf of Nokia or whoever.

and chances are they'll try and fob you off to the manufacturer, and vice versa. thats what i had with 3! (tossers)

I have the chocolate phone and the volume keys have gone and it often freezes - only had it since sep

plan of action.

call orange. see what they say. if it freezes then thats a software issue, so should be covered under warranty. try and arrange a repair at no cost to you.

failing that...

call LG...

and if you dont get anywhere, call ofcom, and they will advise you better than us! ;)
