anyone know of any bars/clubs/whatever where you can turn up and spin a few tunes?? i know my way around a pair of cdj's and would love to have a lil spin over there but lack of profile/time/connections etc means im unlikely to get to do this any other way......

any help appreciated thanks!
 
Ask Oscars in advance and he's more than likely to say yes.
Never said no to me or any of my friends.
 
McRackin - thanks mate, looked at the site and its a workers bar....dont suppose you know if they would accomodate a non worker like myself??

Evolution - house only mate dont really do trance, thanks anyway tho, whats the crack at this oscars place then? a quick google aint really told me nothin....

I'm out here working an if u pop in during the day and book a slot for the night time you'll be fine,just make sure u turn up!

Oscar works in Tropi, a trance bar in the west end. Have a check on their facebook group (https://www.facebook.com/groups/119471031404760). I seen a post from someone else asking Pau (also works in Tropi on the door) and he said its up to the DJ playing whether he will let you on but more than likely he will. I hope to have a bit mix too whilst im there!

Hi,

We currently run a night in the UK playing progressive house and trance, and just wondered if there were any contacts available to possibly arrange me and one more playing for an hour or 2 at any of the above mentioned or other bars down the west end?

Any names/numbers/emails would be greatly appreciated.

We fly out 14th July.

I was there a couple of days ago and the guy playing thought he was at Cream on a Thursday night, playing banging music with the volume up full and not too technically great either.

Normally like the funky afternoon stuff here but the guy obviously thought this was his big break. If you do get a chance, remember to keep it funky during the day.

I left after one beer, a first for me.
