Old Pictures . . . around 82-83ish

Found a few images of San Antonio last weekend from around 1982-1983, scanned them and though i'd share them.


Taken just in front of the Hotel Arenal looking towards Es Paradis and Eden, if you look carefully to the mid-right you can see the dodgems where the sling shot is now.

The next 3 are taken again from the Arenal beach looking towards the mole

I will post a few more later on and yes it's me with my nan in the pedalo, I would of been 8.

I think it is more around May 1982 than 83 as we first stopped in the Hotel Arenal before moving to Bergantin in the bay.

Here's a few more taken whilst on a water taxi from San Antonio town across to he bay.

No idea who these people are on board.

Looking across towards the Hotel Arenal.

The Hotel Hawaii in the distance, no walkway back we had the walk around the back of the Neptuno hotel across a unlit dirt track

Great pics ric...My mams friend was a rep out there during 80`s she said she has loads of photos somewhere at home..I hope to get a rummage through her drawers soon..

Lovely video, my mother and father had a holiday in Portinax around that time but I couldnt see them in the clip.
