old nightclub??

On our way to pacha last week and noticed a derelict building, next to ibiza gran hotel, just around corner from pacha. The building looked like an old nightclub. Just wondering if anyone can confirm it was or not and what it was called??

Also I noticed there doing work on a building just around corner from ritas cantina on the sea front, it says it's gonna be a restaurant /nightclub. Anyone got any more info on this?

Shit was that the old boom nightclub, Danny whittles new project? Didn't think it would be so close to pacha. Rio, that's the one. Will take a look. Cheers.
