Old Bull Bar site in PdB

I have an apartment next to the site of the old Bull Bar on the front at Platja d'en Bossa, and last year it was becoming more and more derelict.

Does anyone have any idea what plans are being proposed for this plot?

Also, has anyone else heard a rumour of a proposed Marina development along this stretch?????

i so hope not :cry:

the guy who owns the house & land next door to bull bar has bean offered a HEAP of money 2 sell his land but has refused so far. 8)
dunno about the rest of that strip though?
 
They were building apartments just by there last year which I believe are now completed.

btw, the demolition of the gorilla park has started so i wouldnt be surprised if the chinese restaurant, what-used-to-be pin-up, etc are knocked down too as they are all owned by the same guy and he had lots of offer$ in the past. buildings, buildings and more buildings..........
