It's Ibiza manana land, come on we won't find out for ages 
Pacha is always open, Amnesia has sometimes been open on NYE but not for last couple of years if I remember correctly.
Then on New Years Day DC10 or Space are open.
I've only been once for NYE and I really enjoyed it, completely different to summer but a lovely way to spend a few days - if you check Macky's posts in The Cool Season from last year you'll get an idea of what's open etc.
If you're going to book flights do it sooner rather than later, we booked ours early for this year and only paid £130 return, the closer you get to December they go thru the roof.
