Nocturnal Soul are Alan Morehouse & Jon Saraniti. Although they are both born and raised in New York, it was on the white isle of Ibiza that Jon and Alan first met in 2002. Jon and Alan have been influenced by a variety of sounds, and it shows in their eclectic sets - playing everything from funky & deep grooves to tech & tribal beats - they have always maintained their commitment to the underground sound. Never content to simply mix two tracks together, Jon and Alan have embraced today's modern technology, and are constantly looking for new ways to sound unique and fresh, but still maintain the funk & rhythm of the balearic sounds that have influenced them.
2009 was a solid year for Nocturnal Soul which saw them playing at some of NYC's finest venues, including Sullivan Room & Love. This year even included a three date tour in Croatia with gigs in Dubrovnik and Hvar.
Look for more from Nocturnal Soul in 2010 - starting early - January 2 to be exact, on one of NYC's finest sound systems at Club Love. This year will also include their first Ibiza gig at Es Vive on August 10th!
