Nowhere to Stay

Myself and my girlfriend arrive in Ibiza this Saturday but the hotel we're booked into in Santa Eulalia is fully booked for our first night. Can anyone reccommend anywhere either in Santa Eulalia or Ibiza Town where they may have rooms just for one night. Most places on the internet have a minimum booking period.

What are people's experiences of just turning up and getting a room on the spot?
