None Ibiza Holidays.

We're off to Tuscany to visit my friend who lives there,just for a long weekend in Aug, and hopefully Santorini in Greece.
Have also been offered a long weekend in Marbella at a friends villa, but prob won't go, as I'm still having knightmares of a Puerto Banus hen party in 2004!!!!! *shudders*

How about everyone else? Going anywhere nice?

Off to Cyprus next Wed evening to spend some time with the parents, mum and dad havent been 100% well over the past few months, so looking forward to seeing them both and having some family time....

Drew is out there the same time and my sister arrives on the Sunday........

Going to be a mixture of family time and drinking carnage me thinks......

I'm thinking about morocco still in October.

Got about 2 weeks plus xmas stuff to use up (not taken any holiday at all this year apart from ibiza ) and don't know what to do. Need to save also because I'm going to go to Puerto Rico in april for my dads wedding and I need to save up so I can spend about 3 weeks there having an amazing holiday

I might just take a few long weekends here and there and spend it in london being debauched

Well....this year so far....only booked a 2 week holiday to Asturias in the north of Spain....would have liked to have gone somewhere aswell else but left it a bit late and purse strings a bit tight this year what with the bloody mortgage!

And also 3 bloody weddings throughout July and August which totally c*cks up everything.

I liked Marbella, but puerto banus with 30 screaming scouse girls nearly sent me insane!

spending 3 weeks of my 4 weeks holidays in san fran next year (well, 2 weeks in november actually), another week around june time, then a week in ibiza in september 8)

brother just moved there so i have an excellent excuse...

if i wasn't going there i'd probably want to go on a skiing holiday. snowbombing looks mighty tempting.

Its a great excuse for a relaxing, being spoilt rotten type holiday, parents still treat me like a little girl, breakfast in bed, favourite foods etc..... its really rather nice....8)

South Of France in September for brothers big wedding.

Staying in Juan Les Pins (very swish hotel ) but also spending time in Monaco, St Tropez, Cannes etc.

St Tropez is ace! It's like a mini Ibiza town. Nothing like the image i had of it.

This year I have loads of days off. I'll be on holidays from saturday 29th july to sunday 3rd september, that means 36 days off in a row 8)

The 7th august we are heading to Italy in our motorbike, Barcelona - Genoa in one day (850 km and 150 km full of tunnels), then spending 4 days in Tuscany, then Venice and Padua, then Cortina d'Ampezzo and all the very curvy roads that crosses the Dolomites and heading to Austria, going to Wien and maybe arriving to Prague, then LInz and Mauthansen cry: ), Salzburg and hopefully catching any Mozart Year Event, Innsbruck and all the castles and back to Italy through this road

From Stelvio going to Bolzano, MIlan, Torin and Aosta Valley and back home

20 days on the road, and about 7000 km





BTW Sandi, I'm also planning an "ultimate carnage" this summer just in case things go to plan too

Drew, I love it there. Have you ever found Eze Village? Villefranche sur mer? St Tropez is a bit too up itself for my liking. Cannes had a cooler vibe in my opinion. Antibes a nice little place as is Juan Les Pins.

2nd favourite place in the world 8)

For budget travellers its perfect. Cheap easyjet flight to Nice from Luton, you can stay for as little as £100 a week for a caravan at a campsite called Camp Du Pylone just outside Antibe (near the funpark/sealife park). Theres also a train station which for a few quid can take you as far away as Italy and right up the coast, Monaco, Juan Les Pins, Antibes, Nice, Villefranche, Eze etc etc.
