NEVER take anything you read on Sky, Heat, Now etc literally - there's always some exaggeration and maniplulation of images going on.

ie - Look at her cellulite! (and they draw loads of fake orange peel on a pic of Britney's bum while she's sunning herself in Miami)...it's the cheapest form of journalism.
