hey all, could anyone from the newcastle area give me any tips or links for decent clubs in th area.

going in january 20th for bday and to catch a footie game

any info appreciated :)

we like our house on the slightly harder side
 
Theres a couple of good clubs in newcastle not too sure about hard house nights though, you just goin for a night or u there for the weekend? Friday is normally Wax:on at digital where recently digitalism, erol alkan have played. there isn't much for listings and i cant seem to find an up to date website.

Saturdays at digital is shindig, there will be listings for the dates u want a bit closer to the time. www.shindiguk.com.

is the club central in the city??
 
yeah if ur in to your hard house then sat nites at digtital is definatly the night for you. Its pretty central like, just find the central train station and its round the corner in this place called times square. Bout 12 quid to get in, maybe 15 quid if its a really big name DJ.

TBH Jan is quite a quiet time in Newcastle but I will have a word with some contacts and see if I can get you a preview of the listings for late Jan.
