Newbie dress code question...

Heya,

Hoping you can help! Im a fella, 24 whos off to ibiza in july, 2th-10th.
Basically, we've got in mind a couple of parties we wanna do, the Water Party on Wednesday and the Opening Party on Monday 4th. Ive got a great idea what to expect, i.e plenty of drinking, spending money and having a fecking good time! All im trying to find out is the dress codes for em. Water party, so far ive found out that you cant wear trunks at the door or something? So whats the deal there?

Do a search on google, all ya find is "dress outrageously!" which kinda dont help much! im planning on buying new stuff now but so far ive no idea where to start. Pics so far suggest jeans and tshirt? Again, trainers or are all you lot wearing shoes and stuff?

Basically- ANYTHING goes in Ibiza. Dress relaxed. Trainers are ok everywhere as is denim. Sports shorts, sandals and football shirts are the only thing id recommend against just in case.
Trainers ARE good in Pacha as well! There seems to be some confusion over this. Ive been in Pacha countless times without being on the list in trainers and jeans.

EDIT: I would really recommend making that a very visable peice of advice as i can see that being a very valuable peice of advice for new people! :)

i can't find it, in fact i wondered if i imagined there ever being a library? did i?

some of the obvious stuff like that really should be sticky at least at this time of year!! mods?
 
I done a huge list of all the faqs and James then stuck them in the library. I asked him about it the other week because I thought it would have been a good time to put them up again but got no reply off him.
 
Dr. Mick or Robo may be better to ask Nish.

A lot of the same questions are being asked over and over so it'd make sense.

It depends where you are going. Not in San Antonio :lol: And you may wish to consider the temperature in ibiza (not very leather and latex friendly!!!) :lol:
