- New paying car park next to Space -

a bit of gossip to share with y'all...

the empty land between space and tantra in playa den bossa has been bought by christian from nassau/residencia casa munich/dunes and will be turned into a big massive paying car park... apparently it extends from the main road to the back of aguamar, so what a great business that will be!

as revealed by yours truly two years ago, he also bought cas costas in ctra. san josé (bar+supermarket+apartments) and continues planning to open there a lounge-bar-restaurant but, according to my sources, it won't happen this year yet...

Because the hotels that have been done up and the previously cheap apartments that are quickly being modernised will be bringing more people with cars into the area. These people will expect nothing less than a paying car park.

The surrounding wall has been rendered & painted, and metal grills inserted in some sections
 
UPDATE!

Not only Christian will open a new car park next to Space but also one in the land opposite Pam Beach, perfect for the clients of Nassau and Tanit...
 
- didn't pay that much attention but i don't think they asphalted it
- there's a dude on the door so i suppose they're already charging people
