It's so you don't get loads of people just clicking on the link out of vague curiosity, as our server bandwidth is limited..

There are only so many downloads allowed per month where it is held.

Does it cost you $$ on Soulseek too? I downloaded some of your other mixes a couple months ago as I've got you on my list there. I noticed that your latest at that point in time, which I'd already downloaded from you from the link you sent by email, was also available in your Soulseek folder.

Does it cost you $$ on Soulseek too? I downloaded some of your other mixes a couple months ago as I've got you on my list there. I noticed that your latest at that point in time, which I'd already downloaded from you from the link you sent by email, was also available in your Soulseek folder.

they're available on soulseek (no cost), but i'm rarely logged into it and even though, I only allow one download at any one time.
Easier to send a link and let people download at their leisure.
