here is the building i think you were talking about.

unfortunatley when i took this picture the se vende sign was not up anymore, but i clearly remember it had it when i first visited Kanya which was like 2 weeks ago.

It might not even by the building you are talking about because now i remember there was other buildings that were underconstruction on the street that goes on a incline that you need to walk up to get to the free buses from Kanya to Amnesia.
