Need Pieces of information about renting cars

OLA Party people,

I plan to rent a car during this holidays.

Did anyone had booked a car through autoescape or Autoeurope? (i've seen a lot of testimonials from people on holidays Around the world about tricks with these companies :as far as i am concerned no problems for locations near my home...)
If so , do they charge extra cost for "local tax"?

VEry important question :lol: is all car included with usb player?or do i have to bring some cds...
Plan to rent cheapest car now (Citroen C1 ,Citroen C3 ), forget about convertible cars/jeep that cost me a lot of money past years :? (the last night the convertible car had a break down :x)

What a fookinf ripoff the taxis :spank:(should rent a car instead , it cheaper 15€day)...

^^ AutoEurope do not rent cars directly in Ibiza. They are just a re-seller so you need to check carefully the Terms and Conditions and if they are not clear ask them to advise before you pay.

USB points for iPods etc are rare. I always take a stack of CDs.

:lol: at joke about illegal taxis. When I pulled up at PDB to see Nostrum & McRackin last trip, Ushuaia was just finishing. I had the windows down and the stereo on .. and two girls offered me 70 Euros to take them to San Antoni 8O8O8O. It was very tempting I have to say .. but obviously I had much more fun saying "no" :lol:

I've just called Autoeurope & they told that they rent cars with their partners in ibz & no aiport tax (25€) such as with autoescape...

2 gilrs offering you 70€ & you decline...you must be loadfull of money dude:lol:
Imagine they gave you money 8) & maybe more :spank:
I remember picking 3 us boys to Salinas & one of them gave me an apple...
2 brits lads asking to take them to PDB from San antoni & they offer to pay the oil (gave me 5€)
2 italian girlZ (Free ride from san an to PDB & my mate won a french kiss (if they knew that my mate told me not to take them with us before i tell :Get in..iF girlZ can read in boys's mind they will be very disappointed :lol: ) & nothing for the chauffer (me :oops:))

Think I'm gonna bring 10 of my best favourite deep/funky/disco/Tribal house music compilations ...& i don't have iphone...:? With usb player, it's very comfortable cos you can have thousand tracks sort by "genre" in order not to get bored with same tracks even amazing tracks.....

Hello guys,

I've just booked my car with Autoeurope(waiting for the july's income to fall )
252€ for 17 days 8) (best to book earlier coz it was cheaper 4 weeks ago) : no more wasting money :roll: than past locations :40€/day for regular car to 80€/day for jeep/convertible cars (1st location taken with motoluis for my first trip to ibz in 2001)
Bring my GPS & hope that cars are not often broke out :?
I will stick to cds because the battery autonomy of my cellphone is quiet light...& bring usb drives in case...

Have anyone heard about crash cars during this summer? i guess there are some but they don't make a loud about it...

I meant by accident/car crashs because i guess there is a few drivers with no respect to the driving code & you have to be very watchful on the road (even more when they're blend of booze, drugs ect...)

i remember some spanish (they drove so fast) had rush in to my car when trying to park it ,in front of putchet hotel's parking (san antoni) ;
I remember that it can be very dangerous when parking you car on the road near clubs (privilege) because there is a gap near the road & you can fall in :?
& with a lack of sleep , it can also be very dangerous to drive there (even without booze,drugs ect...)
