They had just offered me to rent an apartment next to the cathedral in Ibiza.-town, is a good place?, what I mean is, where exactly is it ? is it very far from the centre or is it close?

I just though that what he must said is that it had views to the cathedral and is situated in the old port. Anyway, what you think? thanks
