After the success of the our boat party in July NNB has decided to take the party back to dry land, thus not only eliminating all worries about falling over board and swallowing a nice mouthful of brown tinged Thames river water, but also doing away with any sob stories of not being able to swim, being scared of water, sharks, whales and rogue tampons to name but a few of the snide excuses some of you came up with last time!
Not only are we back to terra firma along with the usual Nitrous supply, but we have managed again to get together another interstellar line up that not only covers all the bases but buries them well below six feet under.
First up playing an exclusive DJ set for us are the thinking man and women’s Indie darlings Bloc Party. Not sure what to expect but given the calibre of their own tracks they surely have a record collection you would kill a whole block, let alone a whole party for.
Also on the bill will be Issst co founder and Co resident Kevin Griffiths. Issst has over the past few years gained a reputation of throwing parties in a variety of locations attracting some of the worlds finest underground DJs whilst its residents have also built a name for supplying consistently cutting edge sets. So expect Kevin to rain some tech on any Indie parade.
To complete the line up we have Simon McEvoy the man behind nights with a fast growing reputation such as TrashFash and Backyard as well as half of hot production duo Outmode in the form of names not bombs resident John Donaghy, and co resident Namedrop (the one man indie dance juggernaut) and all but resident and part time Ivan Smaghee impersonator Adam Baker.
