My review 28/8 - 7/9 pics & videos

Had an absolutely amazing time!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

ok, for some reason my computer keeps shutting down when I write on here, so have lost my long review so will just have to do the short version from now on :cry:

I know I will leave something out;;; but will remember what I can for now

I arrived on Monday after having a nice warm up session at SW4 on the Saturday before. checked into my hotel, Fiesta hotel in PDB. This hotel has a great location... only bad part is the Club hotel next door which has German karaoke nights

I went on over to Bora Bora for a boogie, came back and ate and got ready to go out to Cocoon; Richie Hawtin was excellent.... he has been hit and miss recently... but was fabulous that night.

next day drove up north and went to Cala Xuclar, Portinatx and Benirras.

Tuesday night was Carl Cox at Space;; along with Fatboy slim... I'd always thought that fatboy is more of an outdoor festival dancing in the sunshine type of dj.. but he was sooooooo good. When he played the original of yeke yeke i felt like a happy bouncing ball ! :lol:

coxy was good too. i met these strange boys who wanted to 'take care of me' because i was on my own;;; so I just left them to take care of themselves...

Wednesday morning I didn't feel like driving very far so I drove down to Salinas and watched the nutty naked man run down in front of sa trinxa :lol:

now the only bad part of my trip started :cry:

I started to feel really sick... i was thinking about giving Meganite a miss as I planned to get up early to go to Formentera the next day but my throat was getting pretty bad...aside from a drive into Ibiza town and a wee boogie at bora bora; i didn't have a big night :cry:

i felt very dissapointed in myself, but knew i still had a few nights left and didn't want to make things worse :x

next morning got up early ( i could hear the thud thud of the morning parties starting at space from my hotel ! :lol:

) and took the morning ferry to formentera.

i hired a bike and cycled around to ses Illetes, Platja de sa roqueta, ses Platgetes platja de migjorn and then back again... I really enjoyed my time there; except ses Illetes was soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo crowded... and my throat and head were feeling even worse

When i arrived back, my throat was soo bad i couldn't even swallow properly ..i really didn't want to miss two nights in a row and had planned to check out Monza, but had to almost crawl back to my bed i was feeling so bad

I certainly didn't want to miss the next few days so I went to sleep... :cry:

Friday night was Pacha.... Danny Howells was great but tong was probably the worst Ive seen him... just a bunch of craperry crap

no surprise there though... I really like Pacha, but the amount of people early on who come there and treat it like a tourist attraction and DON'T DANCE...... I want to :spank:

them all aaauuggghhhh!!!!!!!!!

Saturday morning was a highlight.... went straight on to Matinee which was an outstanding party...............soooooooooo much fun !!!!!! :twisted:

Sunday at space.......Danny Tenaglia was beyond brilliant... :twisted:

at the end of the night, he got up and started dancing wildly on the decks and had this orange blowfish umbrella that he was playing with... I really can't explain it... but it was amazing. it was Sasha's bday too, from what i saw, was good, but spent most of my time dancing to Tenaglia... I arrived at 2 30 Sunday afternoon and left at 7:45 the next morning with no sit downs

Monday was sven vath at cocoon and tuesday was michel de hey and coxy at space

cant be arsed to zrite the rest of my review;;; but really packed in a lot of the beaches this time which was fab...

Highlights of beaches were cala d'en serra, formentera, cala mastella and about 100 others... i tried to go to at least 2/ 3 beaches per day so i went to a lot !!!!!! I went to cala jondal at about 11:00 before space and there were only other people on the beach.... sigh.. how perfect..

club highlights were Matinee; danny tenaglia and sven vath

When i have a clearer idea of where I went I'll edit this reviw.

I had a great time, will most definitely be seeing trip #4 as soon as possible.

I haven't had time to edit all my photos, but I've added a few here, and a few videos as well. if I wait any longer , I'll never get them up. Half the time i forgot to take my camera out

, and when i did take it out, I was having so much fun dancing or enjoying the scenery that I couldn't be bothered to take the photos

i had a sore throat for about two days, think i made it worse by overdosing on strepsils.

this was another one of my sick days,

i forgot to mention in my review that I was feeling quite ill Sunday afternoon, but was determined i would NOT miss Danny Tenaglia... i had a throbbing head ache and it felt like i was swallowing knives.... so i thought to cure this I'd keep caning it

... it seemed like a good idea at the time!!) and it DID help get rid of the pain for a while...but then monday felt worse than the previous week's illnness.

was gutted i had to miss DC10 :cry:

...but didn't want to think about it and let it ruin my holiday
