Can't wait to re-install everything and set up the network :roll:

Is there a quick and easy way to transfer all the network settings etc?
 
Not sure mate.

Id prefer to put all the settings on manually myself.
How big is your network?

If its running XP Drew I wouldn't worry to be honest it will virtually do everything for you.

About 75% done.

Just the network bits to sort, which may have to be saturday when the office is quiet.

You bought that computer for you office? I thought it was for home.

Geez, Drew... I have a 3-computer network in my 1-bedroom apartment. What kind of mickey mouse operation you running there? :lol:

I'm 'allowed' a laptop to fit in with our minimal theme.

We've got 3 laptops - one for me, one for the wife, and one stationary one hooked into the stereo, printer, extra hard drives (with all the mp3s on it).

No quite Feng Shui, but almost "the home of the future" :lol:

I'm thinking of adding #4 - a desktop with bigtime harddrivage for music, video and backups.
