The moment it rained at the Defected pool party (allowed me to speak to Roger Sanchez and give him a cd)
The moment the sun came out again at the Defected pool party
The upstairs at Crobar on Tuesday with Soulfuric bossing it
Hooking up with someone i DJed with on NYE it was a surreal experience, he lives in Miami and works for Groove On Recs
The Clevelander, it's a cracking place to have a party, and decent food... (Also saw Shy there)
Speaking to Glenn Garcia from Satellite Records New York, after i'd handed him some cds in NY-he remebered me!
A-Trak & Craze going b2b with some mad skills - inc some shoulderblade/crossfader action - had to be seen!
Seeing Reel People live twice - they are quality and a great signing

Sanchez is my hero. I am most jealous.

I was at that Nikki's Beach Bar over New Years break... great place but I heard it was way too packed for Radio 1.
 
Very busy indded, must have been a good couple of thousand inside and near on a thousand waiting to get in!!
 
I was bummed I couldn't make it back to Miami for the WMC. New Years week was fun... but they do jack up the prices at the hotels. We had the misfortune of also being there during the Orange Bowl (US university American football championship) and our crappy hotel had doubled its prices. They told me they tripled them for the WMC 8O ahh... South Beach.
