My Ibiza report to follow

My 2006 Ibiza experience will follow later, as i wait for some bad weather so as to have an excuse for staying indoor's, i'll try & keep my report as short as is possible. I'm sure that what i've got too say about today's Ibiza will not please many of the forum member's, though i'll try not to discredit the island or those of you who visit it, each year. It's true that someone need's to grab the bull by the horn's & tell everyone what they really think about today's Ibiza & of the people who live their.

Today's visitor's to the island have probably never seen the real Ibiza, as they prefer going from club to hotel back to club, it would seem that the only thing that matter's is the club's. However, if one shut's down the club's then i wonder how many of today's young visitor's would actually return???

September 2006 report to follow soon.

why would one shut down the clubs?

Sorry Stephen,

i'm not saying that the club's should be shut down, far from it, however i felt that during my recent 2 week stay on the island, the majority of the younger crowd i met & spoke too only ventured from where they were staying to the club's & back. It would've been nice to be able to communicate with them on a level surface, but all i got was "av you been to Space mate or Privilidge's, as they are brill" etc... on replying "no i have'nt" they replied "well you look to old & you don't want too give yourself a heart attack whilst on holiday" of which i thought "you cheeky bloody sod's" but then maybe they were right:lol:. I'm now beginning to question as to whether i'm now sounding like an old so & so, as afterall my generation done the same thing when it was disco, but atleast one spent the day visiting the island & mixing with the local's. Still my report will follow;)
