I am quite vexed - I ordered my new bed and mega mattress on 3th Jan - mattress delivery from supplier was due in store on 7th, mattress didnt turn up but bed was in and I could have that and a replacement mattress, so I said nope wait til full order comes in - which was 10th. 10th been and gone - no mattress still - "oh it will be the weekend now". Weekend comes - mattress still hasnt been delivered - offer of take the bed and a replacement mattress til my posh one comes in - turned down the offer again (I keep thinking if I take a mattress then I have something to sleep on so they wont keep on top with chasing my order) - so again, no I will wait till my mattress comes in. Phone call on Monday - mattress definately coming in on 17th deliver full order on 18th. Phone call just now - mattress people have been in your mattress isnt on the order..... its now going to be NEXT Thu...
Now I already got £200+ off the whole order plus 2 memory foam pillows - do you reckon I should push for some form of compensation for this? normally I would but already getting the whole thing down to £650 from £just under £900.....
I am so ****ing annoyed about this - I have been dreaming about sleeping in my new bed for weeks now....
