Must-visit restaurants that are open in March/April

I'm returning to Ibiza next week and wondered which must-visit restaurants would be open out of season?

When I was there in late October, most of the places I usually visit were shut (especially those in Dalt Vila) so it would be great to get some recommendations.
 
clara - what cuisine / style of restaurants are you after? makes it easier to give recommendations really... depending what dates exactly you're coming you'll find lots of places open already as it's easter week?
 
Hi, I'm going from 31st March to 9th April for wedding planning.

Staying in Talamanca but will have a car so fine to travel somewhere worth going to! Would ber after somewhere veggie friendly with good fish. Having just got back from Barcelona, somewhere with Catalan cooking would also be good.
 
hmmm 'good fish' is available in lots of places...but getting the combo good fish + veggie friendly isn't the easiest one TBH...I should probably also take more care when reading menues in the future to see what's avail for veggies (I'm not a veggie myself).

yemanja is lovely and still really good, that for starters.
then balanzat in puerto de san miguel is a very well-known one for fish.
 
Thanks Stivi! I love fish but my fiance is vegetarian and choosing places with good veggie dishes can be rather challenging at times. We love Blonde though - do you know when that is reopening?
 
hi clara, a new pizzeria has opened in sant jordi (it is on the corner near the bio shop sortet verd) - tiny place, with an italian owner - the best pizzas i have ever eaten (and i really know my way around a pizza ;) - you can also order pizza with spelt wheat if you have gluten intolerance. italian red wines - i can't recommend it highly enough :)
 
by the way, now i see you online, atzaro's fiesta de la primavera this sunday is a must!

also in the lovely san lorenzo area...
 
No menu del dia and not the cheapest either but reasonable enough to always be rammed with locals... And for me that's the best way to know if an eaterie is worth or not!
 
Just had a great meal in Locals Only in Placa del Parc, Ibiza Town.

Bit disappointed that La Bodega was shut. Hoping it opens for Easter.
