I know it from the UK side and its a logistical nightmare. You need 3 licenses to be able to do this - its basically set up for big companies ie internet radio etc.... and not for small companies starting up. I was in the process of setting up a business along those lines...... business plan finished, agreed, until one licensing Dept screwed us over...... We found it impossible to start up because of the charges we would have to make to users to enable us to run the business........ Damn you PPL!!!!

Hi guest ;-)

which of the 3 rigths gave the most problems ?

PPL - they told us over a year ago that the license would be changed to incorporate new and start up businesses, we waited, we waited and we waited somemore................. they rang us up a month or so ago to advise the changes.... basically they weren't any - a complete and utter waste of 2 years work!! Total arseholes!!!!
