Moving out..

I've been looking around for a while, and for me that was the best location. Whether i'm working in the city or canary wharf its a great location for me and the transportation links and that seem pretty good.

im in the same boat
further to the holiday setback, i went out and got trolleyed at the weekend and ended up goin to a mates wedding steambats having not been in from the previous nights shenanigans. as it turned out i was fine for most of the night, but when i eventually got in from my 48 hr bender on sunday night my dad told me in no uncertain terms i had to be out the house by the end of the month.
my mum has since relented and would rather i thought it through a bit more carefully as she hoped i would buy instead of renting. thing is - i cant afford to buy, probably wont ever be able to afford to buy so might as well just lump all my debt into a long term loan so at least thats taken care of, and i'll have enough after rent and ctax to do me fine every month on my salary and still be able to go out etc. so im just gonna go for it.
got plenty boys toys, pc, tv, decks, guitar etc. to have a nice wee setup in my own place.

Not a chance, miss your mums cooking and her doing your washing,etc for you, plus have you seen the price of rent on this city, absolutely scandalous.

Rent is OTT but you only pass through this life once so you may aswell enjoy your years that you are here.
Whats the point screwing over something you cant take with you once your term on this mortal coil ends?
My mates dad is stressing big time over having to divide up his few mil amongst his kids as he worked his ass up off to come from a financial flat line to where he is now.
