Most Romantic Restaurants in Ibiza

Hi Guys,

Have just got married, and am off to Ibiza in a few weeks for 4 or 5 days.

Have been to Ibiza lots of times, and done the normal KM5, Kumarrahs places. I'm ideally looking for somewhere a bit more special and romantic for a nice meal....ideally with a great view etc...

so far people have suggested places like Es Boldado at cala d'hort (I think), or places in Ibiza town such as La Brasa.

If anyone else has some good suggestions that would be really appreciated!

I guess the only catch is that we're staying at Talamanca and don't drive so it has to be somewhere we could get a taxi too....somewhere VERY remote and rural may not be practical.

thanks! :)

why not try la barraca on talamanca beach? white muslin curtains wafting in the sea breeze and a few candles - i can't think of anything more romantic (the mrs. told me to say that) and you don't have to shell out loads of dosh to ferry her home!!

ahhh, yes this place -> http://www.labarraca-ibiza.com/

I'd stumbled across it on the internet, but didn't know if it was any good - you'd defintely recommend it though?

probably less of a trek than Cala d'hort, cheers!

one more question, is Cala d'hort a realistic option for a couple without a car, or will it be a bit of a pain getting there/back....?

I know this sounds really stupid - but it also has the most attractive car park on the Island :D

La Barraca is an excellent choice i have to say too...i had dinner there last summer!
a bit expensive but if you don't care about money go for it;)

Not sure about resturants but we went ti Ibiza on Honetmoon earlier this year and capped our trip off with a balloon trip over the island which was really romantic with food and drinks afterwards

Thanks Guys, defo going to try the la barraca place on your reccomendation....seems silly not to as it's right on ourdoorstep.

thanks for the balloon tip also, will check it out!

any other recommendations still appreciated..as there for 5 days!

We had our wedding reception at Cap des Falco restaurant on Es Codolar beach which has got amazing views and you can watch sunset from there but it's really peaceful and chilled and the food was lovely.

We are celebrating our 3 month wedding anniversary there a week on Saturday
