whats going to happent to mos this year looks like there not going to be at pacha!

Rumour is they are going into San An and maybe hosting there smooth parties @ es paradise playing hip hop and r and b !!


the are rumoured to be hosting pre parties at kanya !

who news where ministry of sound will return but i can honestly say that they wont give the island a miss this year !
 
well if smoove are at es paradis then that prob means twice as nice wont be be there not that im bothered or find this true :roll:

Why not, the island's big enough to encompass all musical tastes. This year was the first NYE that Ministry didn't do a house event and did a UK garage/RnB night instead, their Friday night Smoove is massive so it makes perfect business sense for them to tap into the garage market in Ibiza where there is a gap for them as opposed to yet another house night.
 
the Twice As Nice website states that they will be doing parties in Ibiza this year..

..i would imagine that they will be back for the Thursday at Es Paradis

Exactly - I'd rather have a variety of first class nights from different musical genres than loads of pale imitations.
Pacha last year had tim westwood in the Funky room and tim deluxe in the main room.

that was cool, this year i really noticed the diversity of some nights. Them promters need a pat on the back.

it was nice to go from room to room hearing various different forms of music.

Folded and relaunched under new name.

Muzik also folded last year.

Just the soft-core Mixmag to go.
 
I guess it shows you that people are more interested in style over substance. MOS had great lineups last year at Pacha, with Luke Soloman and Derrick Carter as residents, but people preferred the 'style' of Sanchez, Underwater and subliminal.

Musically, Carter and Soloman shit all over Morillo, Emerson and Sanchez...........but unfortunately, most people don't care about quality music.
