Hey folks!

Are there more comments/reviews on the new parties this year like Vagabundos @ Pacha / Kehakuma @ Space / Warung @ Privilege / Popstars @ Amnesia... etc.

What kind of crowd? Is it full / rammed / empty?
How much are the tickets?

Very interested in reading your comments...

Cheers

does warung actually fill up privilege as only a couple of nights in recent years have manages to do such as tiesto/supermarxte?

I`m curious to read more about Warung, as I´m maybe heading to the closing at 15 September.
Otherwise Kehakuma would be my choice with Curly and SIS at the decks that night.
Difficult decision...especially cause I´ve never been to Privilege before!

is the whole of space open for kehakuma as as far as i know its only we love and revolution on tuesday that the whole club is open isn't it??

thats the reason i asked about the capacity at warung as well marsellus because privilege is a quality club but ive only been when its been rammed and apparently on emptier nights because its such a large venue the vibe isnt quite there ive been told??

For me the decision is between Dubfire, Davide Squillace @ DC10 or 2000 and One + Tiefschwarz at Kehakuma @ Space. Leaning towards the former I think but will look at costs and decide. If DC10 is amazing on Monday that will probably swing it.

agree about dubfire but i guess for that night only the inside of dc10 will be open and then i personally wouldn't be really tempted to go.

yeah lets hear some reviews about both warung and kehakuma please!

kehakuma was very cool music, and warung the music was also ok... warung opening was full!! but not before 2 o clock.. i think its both a nice cheap party

kekhuma its only the terrace and redbox open!

No it's not, last week and throughout August the Salon, Terraza, Discoteca and Red Box are open.... They have about 13 DJs on this coming week....

Yeah, because it's high season so more people will be coming to this night...

While were on the subject of Space, has anyone been to Be this year? Was wondering how it was doing - numbers wise after moving to Friday.

yes this is true, i went 16th june and the above rooms were open and it was very busy but not shoulder to shoulder was a quality night with the line up too! i paid 20e to get in but when i was walking round den bossa before and after i saw wristbands scattered around so keep an eye out! if i was to go now i would be torn between the dubfire night at dc10 as dubfire was amazing at glastonbury and last year when i saw him, the inside room may only be open but at least in dc10 ur gonna get a room full of switched on people there for the music and no frills and no posers!

oh right so all the main rooms apart for the sunset terrace!! so how does kehakuma compare to we love and carl cox revolution??

Haven't been arsed to write a review of my 3 nights over world cup final weekend, however i can confirm that (of the new nights) Cadenza @ Pacha was quality.

They had makeup artists and bowler hats being given out near the entrance, so loads of peeps dressed in accessories to the theme of the night, which was a nice touch. There was also some pretty decent stage shows/dancers on the podiums which made for an interesting distraction....if you can be arsed with that kind of thing:lol:

It didn't fill up till about 2am (prob partially due to the footy) and i steered clear of the main room prior to Luciano starting playing at 4am, was in the funky room till then. As mentioned on another thread, the Global Room was closed, which was disappointing, but didn't really affect the night too much. The main room was rocking for the 3 hour set Luciano played, didn't recognise much of the music (if any), but it was all good, underground house. The Cadenza Lab being in the funky room (instead of the Global) wasn't obvious on the night, but now i think back it was much more electronic than i'd experienced in the funky room, so makes sense now.
